AWM-Event Hamburg - 2004
The Biggest Adult Webmaster Meeting Event in Europe
In recent years, Europe has grown at an amazing rate, as a leading
hot spot for industry companies and webmasters to flock from around
the globe to promote their programs, services and products. European
webmasters and companies have long been supporters and attendees at
American events, and have now established themselves as definite leaders
in international industry gatherings - setting new standards for networking
on a global level.
Unfortunately, as they are still growing, most European shows are
not targeting the webmaster audience, but instead are combining many
elements of the adult entertainment industry all under one roof. With
three years experience behind them, 2004 will see a change in program
and a new European event standard... enter the AWM-Event Hamburg, which
will host international participants from May 14-16th, 2004.
It has been designed to include all of the essential elements for
success, as seen in webmaster gatherings and trade shows in the US,
and will include seminars, workshops and educational meetings, along
with an exposition "booth" hall and planned parties, networking opportunities
and entertainment events. Located this year in the scenic Historic
Hamburg Harbor, the 2004 AWM-Event perfectly blends business and pleasure,
and offers attendees from around the world distinct opportunities
that would not be available to them in a typical American-based event.
This year's workshops and seminars at the AWM-Event include topics
such as increasing revenues, business management, reaching the global
market, search engine optimization techniques, traffic targeting and
filtering, site design and marketing techniques. Parties and entertainment
events will be held on and off grounds, giving attendees a true taste
of Europe and many opportunities for memorable networking. Adult stage
shows will continue to be a part of the AWM-Event, a trademark of
the unique atmosphere of the European trade show, something American
attendees will also quickly come to enjoy!
Making the Trip...
So why would it be important for North American businesses to hop
the pond and attend a European event? What could they possibly have
to gain if American events are supposed to set the standard? Well,
believe it or not there are large communities of webmasters and
largely untapped resources thriving throughout the European countries.
Many are still building their businesses and cannot or have not
taken the opportunity to fly their staff to the States to attend
trade shows or gatherings. Thousands of webmasters - eager for education,
networking and the opportunity to be exposed to successful American
businesses and marketers - if that isn't reason enough, there's
still much more to be offered.

The Internet is becoming more and more global, and
businesses that want to stay ahead, find continued success, and
expand their customer reach beyond the American Dollar, need to
educate themselves on the ways of business abroad. Because the Web
reaches so many consumers - most without access to regular credit
cards - and most without familiarity with the English language,
American currency values and other things that American businesses
often take for granted - American businesses must become more educated
about things outside the US.
The workshops, seminars and networking opportunities will provide
you access to the answers you need to achieve success on a global
level. Connecting with businesses already established and familiar
with the laws and cultural differences of the many countries that
make up the European continent will help to further the expansion
of your business more than you could ever imagine. Opening doors
to new ideas, new methods of processing, and new technological innovations
are just some of the many benefits to attending a global industry
trade show such as the AWM-Event.
Getting There...
Believe it or not there are many affordable ways to get you and
your staff to Europe to attend the AWM-Event. In addition to the
low fares found direct through airline companies (under $800 round-trip
at the writing of this article from all major US cities), the AWM-Event
staff has a listing of low fares, reasonable hotel rates and other
deals that will help make your trip as affordable as possible.
The cost to attend the event varies depending upon your participation,
but starts as low as approximately $50 US dollars to register. Meal-included
packages are also available, as are many other sponsorship or exhibitor-type
packages.
